Eye Networks provides a range of professional services to our customers, adapted to each customer organization’s needs and processes.
On-site Testing and Site Surveys
On-premises testing by Eye Networks technical staff can be provided as a professional service when a customer needs assistance with for example:
Laboratory testing
Site surveys
Consulting
When a customer needs advising on a technical, strategic, or commercial matter beyond the scope of ordinary pre-sales guidance or technical support, we offer expert consulting as a professional service charged by the hour.
Training
Staff training can be provided on site or remotely for the customer as a professional service.
Our training sessions are typically suited for:
Professional technicians / installers
Customer support staff
Technical operations staff
On-site training services are available for full days (6 hours of training) or half days (3 hours). Note that travel for on-site training is only done for a minimum of one full day of training.
EyeSaaS-Specific Services
EyeSaaS Carat by Lifemote Professional Services
Professional services related directly to Carat are provided by the Lifemote team and are available on a man-day basis only. This includes any technical and strategic consulting and advice outside the scope of services included in the Carat service fee.
On-Demand Carat Reporting
Reports beyond the annual QoE report included in the Carat service fee are a professional service charged per report.
Carat Device Integration (NRE)
A fixed price is available for the professional services required to integrate, implement and QA BCM-based CPEs with a Linux operating system.
Integration services for CPEs with chipsets other than BCM, and OSes other than Linux will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Pearl Device Integration (NRE)
A fixed price is available for the professional services required to add a new TR-069 capable device to EyeSaaS Pearl.
Additional professional services for integrating devices with limited or poor TR-069 support will be quoted on a case-by-case-basis.
Professional Service Terms
Note that travel and accommodation costs are not covered by the professional service fees and will be charged separately.
This includes travel outside the Oslo area for Eye Networks staff and travel outside of Istanbul, Turkey for Lifemote staff.
