Eye Networks offers refurbishment as a service for a range of CPEs and access points. This saves on customer cost and on the environment.
What Is Refurbishment?
Refurbishment means taking used devices and making them as good as new. We offer this for a wide range of our products - look for the label!
Our refurbishment services include upgrading, testing and re-packaging of functional devices. Devices found to be defective will be disposed of in a regulation compliant manner.
Devices no longer under warranty will not be refurbished.
Also note that:
- Refurbishment does not affect the original warranty date.
- This service is separate from RMA/returned devices, and not intended for known defective devices.
Zyxel Refurbishment
Our Zyxel refurbishment services include upgrade, testing, and repackaging of functional devices, and testing and regulation compliant disposal of devices found to be defective.
In addition to per-device handling fees for functional and defective devices, a spare parts pack will be included with each repackaged unit.

eero Refurbishment
Our eero refurbishment services include upgrade, testing, and repackaging of functional devices, and testing and regulation compliant disposal of devices found to be defective.

Airties Refurbishment
AirTies refurbishment service includes upgrade, testing, meshing, and repackaging of functional devices, and testing and regulation compliant disposal of devices found to be defective. In addition to per-device handling fees for functional and defective devices, a spare parts pack is included with each repackaged unit, which includes new power supply units, Ethernet cables, and packaging.

AirTies Single AP to Home Pack Transformation
Single access points can be transformed to complete home packs in our warehouse.
This service include meshing, labeling, and repackaging. It is charged per resulting home pack, and new brown box packaging is included.
